The Next Level – Terms & Conditions
All training content provided within The Next Level, including videos, downloads, workbooks, resources and live sessions, is the intellectual property of Kelly Mortimer Ltd.
Access is provided for use within the purchasing venue or business. Content must not be copied, shared externally, distributed, recorded, repurposed, resold or used to deliver training to third parties.
MEMBERSHIP & PAYMENTS
The Next Level is a minimum 12-month commitment. You may choose to pay monthly, quarterly or annually.
Following the initial 12-month term, your subscription will continue on a rolling basis at your selected payment frequency until cancelled.
To cancel after your initial 12-month commitment, please email Gemma@kellymortimer.com at least 24 hours before your next payment is due. Please allow for UK business days, Monday to Friday.
Payments already processed are non-refundable.
RESULTS
The Next Level provides training, strategies and guidance designed to support wedding sales performance. Results will vary between businesses and are influenced by factors including implementation, market conditions, pricing, proposition, team performance and the individual circumstances of the business.
Kelly Mortimer Ltd does not guarantee any specific level of sales, revenue, bookings or financial return.
By purchasing The Next Level, you acknowledge that business decisions and implementation remain the responsibility of you and your organisation.
